Secondly, I want to tell you that Eric and his team were night and day compared to the folks that did the last installation. They covered all exposed surfaces including the stairway to the living space. They mixed cement outside with a mechanical mixer which they placed on a tarp. Not only did they do a smooth cement repair with no residual mess, they spent some time chipping away the cement splatter left by the last team.
