Temporary Solutions

With water leaking into the basement, the family has been using a fan to attempt to dry out the basement. This is only a temporary solution as water will continue to enter the space.

A Permanent Solution

A perimeter drainage system is installed, and concrete is reinstalled over the system. On the Walls, a vapor barrier is installed to direct any water that seeps through the block into the WaterGuard system.

Signs of Water Infiltration

Staining along the basement wall, peeling paint, and stains on the floor indicate that water has been coming into the basement.

Clean & Dry Basement

With WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement and a liner installed on the walls, any moisture coming through the walls will be directed into the drainage system and pumped out with a sump pump.

Sump Pump System

A Super Sump Plus system is installed. This sump pump will collect the infiltrating water, delivered to it by the WaterGuard system and pump it away from the home's foundation.
