Our Overall Service
Fiberglass insulation was blown in on top of old (30 years or more) bagged insulation packets. Fiberglass insullation was also bown in between exrerior brick and interior wallboard. The results were apparent almost immediately and our two-story Dutch Colonial home began to cool down and the central a/c was no longer required to run continuously at full output.
Call Representative
The Drying Company's entire staff was highly professional and competant. The estimator, the telephonic contact lady, the installers and their quality control follow-up rep were all courteous and performed their respective dutues with a minimum of delay.
Sales Process
Mr. Jamie Sprouse made initial visit and examined attic. He was considerate of my age (84) and took photos of the existing attic condition and made recommendations for best inulation solutuin. A very fair price was quoted and accepted and an insulation date was booked. Mr. Sprouse followed up with e-mail messages (I am deaf and unable to use a telephoe) to update insulation date and time. A first-class gentleman!!
Our Installation Crew
The installation crew covered all carpet and stairs to the second floor with plastic sheeting and did a professional installation with expert speed.
The Cleanup Process
Every trace of installation was swept up and our home was returned to a cleaner condition than before their arrival.
