A few days ago, one of your service reps came to our house to inspect our crawl space and verify the proper operation of your dehumidifier in our enclosed crawl space. He also changed the batteries in the remote hygrometer. All was well.   I appreciated the way Wade Hosmer waited patiently at the door, as I could not get to it immediately. He was friendly and explained what the inspection entailed. Tradesfolk like him makes dealing with companies on a long-term basis pleasant.

I’ve noticed an improvement in the house and I would do it again. I really appreciate all the help. My sales rep. was excellent. He spent a lot of time with us late into the evening. He watched us eat dinner, but he wouldn't eat anything though. The crew was really-really-really good. Excellent. 

Wade recently completed a very thorough and complete inspection of our crawl space equipment and environment.  He performed all the routine tasks and then informed us of all the measurements taken before and after the changes he performed.  Everything was working properly so only the regular consumables (batteries, filters, etc.) had to be changed and replaced.Wade also investigated an odd “dripping” sound he could hear at the far corner of our very large (nearly 3,000 sq ft) crawl space.  He showed me the spot and we determined that it was a small leak coming from under a first floor water closet.  I will have to pull it up and replace the wax seal under the unit.A special thank to Wade for taking the time to investigate that sound because it may have been a while before I ever discovered the problem and the potential for some real water damage.  He was also very courteous and professional and did a good job explaining the service he would provide and then explained everything he discovered and performed.  A good well done and much appreciated!

Eric has been such a thorough professional through all of the work done in our home. I definitely would like him to be recognized and commended in any way that he can be. Plans have been made for me to schedule a follow-up appointment for him to come back in April to check the levels before we have the cracks repaired and the walls repainted. We are very appreciative of the work completed and are waiting for the plumbing to be strapped; scheduled for today at some point. Happy Holidays to you and your family!
