I just wanted to take a minute to thank you all for the recent service of our dehumidifier. The technician, Alex, did a fantastic job! He communicated well, he was very courteous and respectful of our home. He was also very thorough with our annual maintenance. He left us detailed notes of everything he did and everything we needed to do to ensure our equipment performed as intended. The sales process for encapsulating our crawl space was easy and very informative. The installation process and quality of work were top-shelf! I would like to send thanks for a job well done. The two individuals sent to re-insulate the walls on our home did a excellent job. Shortly after they arrived the lead supervisor realized the the job required more than what was expected. After assessing the job they went about just what had to be done. I certainly appreciate his expertise and the manner in which they went about to complete the job. I am certain all their efforts to the job correctly will be beneficial in heating and correcting our concern over frozen pipes. We had a termite company come and they said whoever did our crawl space did a superior job. Tony is awesome. Anytime I call Tony, he responds right away and fixes the source of the issue. I highly recommend you to anybody. 

The salesman was very good. Very informative throughout the process and helpful. The crew was very good. They pretty much stayed in the crawl and attic where they were working and let us know if they had any questions. They were polite and friendly. We’re very happy with the work done and we’re comfortable now.  ·
