We had a serious insulation failure caused by the indifference or incompetence of another company, and ThermalTec fixed the problem. The price was excellent, workers appeared when they said they would, they worked quickly and did an excellent job. The general manager, Steve Tetreault, returned to check on the work at least twice.

Tony was phenomenal is his response. I didn’t call him a lot, when I called or emailed he responded quickly. I can’t say enough about him, he made the whole experience smooth. I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me solve my problem and not just make a sale. The guys that came out were helpful- no fooling around on the job. They shared information with me and answered questions.   You adjusted the estimate when you realized a piece of equipment wasn’t needed. That means a lot because I’ve dealt with a lot of companies that weren’t focused on saving me money. You didn’t try to keep the price up.   You guys were genuinely open and honest.

I started getting mold in my bathroom ceiling and went searching online for who could help me. I saw your name and thought, oh good, I know they'll do a good job. In the past you all encapsulated my crawl space. You all found out that an AC register was leaking and causing mold to grow. So you cleaned it up and fixed it to prevent it from happening again. You did a very nice job. There was no stress for me.
