This Seaford crawl space had water running through it, after the installation of a drainage system, the crawl space was encapsulated with Spray Foam Insulation. 

This crawl space had standing water, mold, a damaged vapor barrier and falling insulation. Our team encapsulated the space with a new vapor barrier, we added spray foam insulation where necessary and installed a dehumidifier and sump pump. Now this crawl space is sure to be mold and water-free!

The original crawl space door on this home was warped and waterlogged. As part of the encapsulation system, we replaced this with a friction-fit interior door to add air sealing and insulation and an exterior Everlast Door. The exterior door will not rust, rot, or warp.

This attic had existing loose fiberglass insulation with an R-value of 3.2 per inch. This material allows air to easily pass through it and escape into the unconditioned attic and out of the home. For this homeowner, we installed an R-38 of blown-in cellulose insulation. Cellulose is more dense than the loose fiberglass, is 85% recycle material, and is fire retardant due to being manufactured with borate, a substance that deters pests.
