Crystal Powell

As our Permit Director, Crystal handles the complex task of coordinating permits for projects across the dozens of counties we serve. Known for her kindness and willingness to lend a hand, Crystal is a proactive leader who focuses on taking the hardest tasks head-on with expert time management. Her favorite part of working at TDC is the family-oriented atmosphere and being surrounded by good people who genuinely want the best for every individual. Crystal takes immense pride in her work and finds her greatest satisfaction in seeing projects through to completion. In her free time, she stays active by kayaking, walking, cooking, and traveling, and she also has a talent for restoring furniture.
