Phil Brooks

Joining Team TDC in 2025, Phil brings a lifetime of construction experience gained from working alongside his parents. While he holds a bachelor's degree in sports therapy and an FA coaching license, his hands-on knowledge of building science is directly applicable to his role. Phil's favorite aspect of his job is interacting with homeowners and providing solutions to their performance problems. He is proud of his background and how he grew up. When he is not working to improve homes, Phil enjoys being outdoors, spending time paddle-boarding, backpacking, and trying not to embarrass himself on the golf course.
