Before joining The Drying Company team in 2022, Simon developed a unique expertise through his roles as a Quality Assurance Inspector for Wyndham Hotels and in Project Management for large-scale commercial construction projects like hotels and resorts. This experience, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management & Business, gives him a keen understanding of quality, systems, and client needs. Through continuing education, Simon has gained a deep insight into how buildings function as a system. This specialized knowledge allows him to focus on getting to the root cause of homeowner concerns instead of just treating the symptom, ensuring a lasting impact and achieving the energy-efficient and comfort results his clients are looking for.
