Position:      Spray Foam Insulation Technician

Location:      3005 John Deere Road - Toano, VA 23168

Schedule:     M-F, Day Shift

Pay:      Roughly $50/hr (Base of $18/hr + bonus pay built into each job)

What You’ll Do as a Spray Foam Insulation Tech:

Your mornings will start at our office in Toano, VA, to receive your work orders for the day, including the job(s) you will be installing, project details, and necessary materials. On site, you will introduce yourself to the homeowner, then check in halfway through the job to provide an update on the progress and answer any questions. Once the installation is complete, you will take photos of the work for recordkeeping purposes, confirm the job site is free from debris, and ensure your truck is neatly packed. A final check-in with the homeowner will allow for any final needed touch-ups.

What We’re Looking for in a Spray Foam Insulation Tech:

• Minimum of two years working with spray foam insulation

• A high level of integrity and work ethic 

• Professional and polite attitude 

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving/insurance record

• Excellent customer service, active listening, and organizational skills

• Attention to detail 

• Pre-employment drug screen

Working Conditions:

Physical Requirements:

• Carrying, climbing, crawling, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking
