Keeping our Customers and Employees S.A.F.E.

S.A.F.E.To our Valued Customers, Employees, and Families,

As we continue to navigate COVID-19, The Drying Co. Team is being diligent in ensuring that as we continue to operate as essential business, we can keep each interaction with each other and with our customers, vendors, and families S.A.F.E.

Our team is practicing Social Distancing, Accessing Technology, Frequently Sanitizing, & Employing CDC Guidelines to protect each other, the communities in which we serve and all our families.

We practice Social distancing in the office and on every job and appointment. Our Foreman, Advisors, and Technicians are keeping their distance when communicating with our customers and each other. Our office teams have staggered and spread out, to ensure there are not too many individuals in our office at once. We are also offering no-contact appointments where our Advisors call when they are on-site, access the basement or crawl space through exterior access for their inspection and photos, then call the customer after. At a no-contact maintenance or service appointment, our technicians call when they are on-site, perform the maintenance on your unit(s), and call when they are done to give the homeowner a full report of the appointment.

The Drying Co. team is Accessing technology wherever we can including telework, video chats with each other and with our customers, and utilizing the incredible power of the internet to communicate and have meaningful interactions with our customers. Advisors utilize video chat to take homeowners on a tour of their attic, basement, or crawl space, to review their findings, and to answer any questions our customers have.

Our team Frequently sanitizes our office spaces and frequently touched surfaces. Our vehicles and tools are sanitized before each job and our advisors are sanitizing themselves and their tools before each appointment. Our employees are frequently washing and sanitizing their hands and mindful about what items they are touching and cleaning those surfaces consistently.

We will continue to Employ CDC guidelines for sanitizing, social distancing, hand washing, and respiratory etiquette. We have educated our team on signs and symptoms and ask if they feel unwell at all, regardless of symptoms to stay home. When Advisors, Technicians, and Install Teams are invited to your home, they will wear a mask and gloves at all times and Tyvek suits. Our Advisors call when they are on the way to your home and will go over the personal protection equipment they will be wearing and S.A.F.E. measures they are taking to ensure you are comfortable with any interaction.

While we have had to adapt our practices, we will continue to provide the same level of education, support, service, and quality work to our customers. Our team will communicate with you about the procurations and protocols that will be in place to protect each other as we continue to serve you. Keeping our customers, each other, and our families S.A.F.E. is our #1 priority at all times.

Thank you to our customers, community, employees, and our families for your continued support as we navigate these uncertain times.

Be well, be safe, be happy.

Sincerely,

Steven Tetreault - Owner
