Joe has been part of The Drying Co. team since 2012. Joe began as an installer, then became a foreman, and grew into the role of Production Supervisor working on commercial and residential projects.
Prior to joining our team, Joe gained experience as the foreman of an 8-man framing crew and as a crew supervisor framing new residential homes. This experience has allowed him to gain an extensive understanding of how homes and buildings work as a system and apply effective solutions and products.
Joe has received certifications through; OSHA 8-hour training course, GripTite Foundation Repair – Certified Installer, and DC-315 Fire Proofing Installer.
His day to day responsibilities include commercial site visits and job inspections, supervising crews on the job site, inspecting equipment to ensure it is safe for use, and promoting safety among crew members. Many of the jobs Joe supervises require crew members to work on high elevations and with products such as Spray Polyurethane Foam, all of which require we adhere to strict safety measures to ensure that our employees and everyone else working on the job site are protected and prepared for any situation.
Some of Joe’s favorite things about his job are being able to tackle a variety of tasks and utilizing his experience and scope of knowledge to assess and complete jobs effectively. He enjoys being able to train crew members and help them develop their skills. Joe enjoys being able to communicate with crews and customers and maintains an open-door policy to ensure everyone is on the same page and headed toward the same goals. He says he “just likes being part of a company that’s moving in the right direction.”
In his free time, Joe enjoys gardening, playing guitar, and spending time with family.
