Chad Voncords

Chad has been part of The Drying Co. team since 2012. Prior to joining our team, Chad was a supervisor in the military, a Military Police Officer, and worked in Federal Law Enforcement.

Chad’s primary responsibility is to maintain and service sump pumps and dehumidifiers. He diagnoses and performs minor repairs on equipment and installs units as needed. He also performs job site visits and trains crews in the field. He enjoys being able to help customers to resolve any concerns about their equipment and give them the peace of mind that the system in their home is functioning properly.

Chad takes great pride in a job well done and likes being able to help others train and improve their skills. He is a proactive problem solver always looking for the most effective way to address any challenges and overcome them. He is able to improve his skills at weekly onsite training and out of office events. His favorite thing about his job is the people he works with, the family atmosphere, and being able to help customers. 

In his free time, Chad likes to go off-roading, hunting, and fishing. He enjoys taking time to relax and spend time with his family.
