Jasmine has been part of The Drying Co. Team since 2019. Prior to joining the team, she spent 6 years working in a call center specializing in shipping and receiving, case management, and customer service. She holds a certificate in Science.
Jasmine’s responsibilities are focused on ensuring that she can provide the highest quality service to our customers. She is part of the front line when the phone rings, ready to help customers with whatever they need. Jasmine specializes in setting appointments for customers with one of our Home Performance Advisors.
She likes working in customer service and enjoys the opportunity to make people happy. She says one of her favorite things about her job is hearing how excited customers are after their project is completed and they get to enjoy their home again.
Jasmine chose to join The Drying Co. team because she enjoys working in the customer service industry. She likes that every call is different, and she gets to utilize her people and problem-solving skills. She says she wants to continue to stay because she gets to experience her job move in a positive direction with a team of positive individuals who are not only willing to coach and develop employees but learn and grow with them.
She would tell anyone considering joining our team that “it’s a great company to work for. If you are open to learning and developing your skills, you will do great. We are also like a family and very understanding in all aspects. You will feel like you are part of this family, and not just an employee.”
In her free time, Jasmine loves spending as much time as she can with her 2 daughters.
