Kerry joined The Drying Co. Team in 2018. She began as an Appointment center Representative and in 2019 became our Appointment Center Manager. Kerry has 25 years of call center, customer service, and scheduling experience in a variety of industries.
Since she began heading up our Appointment Center, Kerry has built a team that is proactive in ensuring they provide the highest quality customer service in a timely manner. Her daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments for Customers with our Home Performance Advisors. She “protects” each customer like they were her own ensuring they get the best possible service.
Kerry takes pride in providing the best possible support for the Sales Team and our customers. She enjoys facing new challenges, and always takes them head on to make sure her team stays one step ahead.
She joined the team because she has always enjoyed working in customer service and scheduling and has continued to stay because of the family atmosphere. Kerry feels the company supports her growth by allowing her to try new approaches to improve her team and allows her to attend training and meetings between departments.
She would tell potential employees that the culture is very much like a family. We work hard together and are always able to put the customer first. She is proud to be part of a team that allows everyone to be an individual and work as a team to grow.
In her free time, Kerry enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking, and reading.
