CleanSpace Liner®
The Cleanspace Liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely and permanently. The liner is a heavy 20 mil thick material similar to a pool liner. It is manufactured in 7 layers - a blend of high density polythylene, low density polyethylene, and two layers of polyester cord reinforcement. It is tough enough for you to crawl on it and use your crawl space for storage. The liner completely stops moisture penetration.
  
The installing dealer warrants the CleanSpace crawl space liner to be free from holes and tears, and be free from groundwater on top of the liner (when a complete drainage system is installed) for 25 years*, or the dealer will repair at no charge. The CleanSpace system is warranted to reduce humidity in a dirt crawl space.

SuperSump®
Some crawl spaces are wet and require a drainage system underneath the CleanSpace Liner. The SuperSump has a reliable 1/3 hp cast iron pump in a strong durable sump liner with holes in it to accept water from the ground. It features an airtight lid to keep the moisture and bugs out, and a WaterWatch® alarm system to let you know if there is ever a pump or power problem before the crawl space floods.

Vent Covers
The CleanSpace Vent Cover seals crawl space vents permanently from the outside to stop unwanted outside air from entering the crawl space, while covering ugly vents with an attractive panel. The available colors of black, gray and red brick match a home's foundation nicely. |

Dehumidifier
The SaniDry CSB is the perfect dehumidifier for crawl spaces or basements that experience high levels of relative humidity. The attractively designed CBS Model can be placed in almost any residential or business setting where humidity control is desired. The SaniDry is designed to operate in temperatures between 55°F and 95°F, which typically include lower temperatures found in basements and crawlspaces. The SaniDry CSB dehumidifier maintains EPA recommended relative humidity of 45% to 50% -- ideal conditions for an odor-free, dry comfortable living and storage space. |

EZflow
EZflow systems are made of tough lightweight, geosynthetic aggregate that is encapsulated with strong netting around a 3" or 4" drainpipe. The units are 10' in length and 7", 10", 12" or 14" in diameter. One 10' unit replaces 1,000 pounds of gravel.
