This nice compliment was published in our local paper, The Virginia Gazette: "In response to the inquiry about ThermalTec-Drying Co.: We have never done business with a more professional, efficient and reasonably priced enterprise. We had a serious insulation failure caused by the indifference or incompetence of another company, and ThermalTec fixed the problem. The price was excellent, workers appeared when they said they would, they worked quickly and did an excellent job. The general manager, Steve Tetreault, returned to check on the work at least twice."

We would like to thank you for the work you did at our home. We can feel the difference in the house and it is wonderful! The men working on the job were very respectful and nice. First I would like to thank you and your company in the way you performed the foam insulation work at my house. The two man crew that came down were terrific! They made sure that the insulation was installed properly, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and they left with little or no evidence they had even been there. You have two wonderful employees there and they work very effectively as a team. From what I witnessed there was no wasted time, they knew what they needed to do, knew where their material was and did not have to discuss with each other about what had to be done. GREAT JOB!!!!!! Now for the important news. We got our electric bill for the month of July. Even though we had higher demand for energy, guests and your workers, our electric consumption was approximately half of what it was for the month of July last year. Our house is unique in the fact that it is 6335 Heat Square Feet and we have 7 heat pumps that provide the heat and the air conditioning. So it was nice to see the drop in power usage. I am really waiting for January since that is the month we have our highest consumption and utility bill. However, I will say as of now we are very happy with the results of the insulation and if everything stay the way it appears now the foam insulation will pay for its self in reduced utility bills in approximately 2 to 2.5 years.
