Steve Tetreault, Owner and Manager
Steve is the Owner, President, and Manager of The Drying Co. and ThermalTec Insulation.
With over 20 years of experience in the insulation and moisture protection
fields, Steve has personally been involved in thousands of home energy improvements.
Through Steve’s extensive involvement in building science training, he has acquired a reputation as one of the area’s leaders in energy efficient building techniques.
In addition to managing The Drying Co., Steve is also actively involved in green building advancements. He is a certified HERS Rater for Energy Star, as well as a
Certified Technical Manager for Earth Craft Virginia.

Joe Hogge, Commercial Insulation and Waterproofing Estimator
Joe has over 9 years of experience in the insulation and waterproofing industry.
He holds many certifications in building science, including certifications for cellulose and foam insulation, and waterproofing.
Joe's experience extends to numerous commercial and residential products and applications, and he excels in providing outstanding service to his clients.

Greg Moran, Residential Insulation and Waterproofing Estimator
Greg specializes in residential and light commercial insulation, as well as waterproofing estimation.
With over 10 years experience in the insulation and waterproofing industry, Greg has extensive training and certifications in these fields.
He is very knowledgeable in building sciences, and proves to be extremely helpful to his clients in determining the best and most energy-efficient applications
to suit their needs.

Bobby Waters, Operations Manager
Bobby Waters has been a valued member of The Drying Company team since 2007.
He has over 10 years of experience as a Production Manager, 6 of which have been in the insulation business. He holds a degree in the engineering field, and has
experience as a consultant and inspector for industrial plants throughout the East Coast.
Bobby manages all production and safety-related tasks and is responsible for crew assignment scheduling.

Melonie Thompson, Office Manager
Melonie is the behind-the-scenes "glue" that holds our organization together.
She handles everything from Human Resource responsibilities to accounting, and just about everything in between.
When things get incredibly busy, she's even gone out into the field to help install insulation.
Melonie has been with the company for many years and is a valued asset to the team.
